As a dietary supplement, take 5 caplets with an 8 fl. oz. glass of water 2 times daily. Individuals over 200 pounds may take up to 8 caplets, 2 times daily. Do not exceed 16 caplets in a 24-hour period. On days you work out, take 1 of these servings 30 to 60 minutes before the workout. Consume ten 8 fl. oz. glasses of water daily.
