The Problem :
Some of our favorite and otherwise healthy carbohydrate rich foods such as potatoes elevates blood glucose levels almost four (4) times higher than a comparable amount of Cytomax Lite LGI! This glucose is absorbed relatively quickly into the portal blood stream resulting in a tremendous release of insulin. Directions
How And When To Use: Mix one scoop in 8-10 oz water. Drink 1-2 hours before training or your event. This is a good starting point. Experiment to determine the best timing for you. Remember, regular Cytomax is ideal during and immediately after an event or training. How Much To Use: A general recommendation for active individuals, prior to training, is 1 gram carbohydrate for 2.2 lbs. of body weight (i.e., 50 grams if you weigh 110 lbs., or 75 grams if you weight 165 lbs.) Note: This container is filled by weight, not volume, and some settling may occur during shipping. Store in a cool, dry place to avoid caking. If caking occurs, simply break up with a spoon or other utensil.
